For time to exist, there needs to be motion. This is the evolutionary drive in all life. Time is relative, and for Earth, time seems to be moving in cycles, not linearly. The past returns to make itself known and for us to recognize, re-align, and release. Sometimes, the past returns to make us realize who we truly and deeply are and what has kept us from living this potential. Because we are on Earth we are experiencing time in a very particular fashion thanks to the planets moving cyclically in a retrograde motion. And we experience it as life evolving in phases. The process of individuation and then later toward spiritual alignment are the core dynamics of evolution. They are emphasized when there are retrograde planets in a birth chart. It is as if the planets send us off searching for truth and alignment. And this happens at an increased speed when the retrogrades kick in.
Workshop
We will go through all the retrograde planets and study the phases of the retrograde motion, whether at the beginning, in the middle, or at the very end. We will also examine the progressed chart to examine how a natal retrograde planet going directly by progression will behave. Last but not least, we will examine the transit of retrogrades hitting vital points in a chart.
Take your chart with you, there is time to investigate this during the day in small groups.
About
Sol W. Jonassen has been working professionally with astrology since 1999, and during this time, she has presented at most of the major conferences like OPA, Norwac, AA in England, ISAR in Serbia, in India, River of Stars in Hawaii, and Costa Rica, and Turkey. She also hosted Polaris Astrology between 2012-2017 and has worked internationally as a teacher for many years. This is her third time in the Netherlands.
She writes for a magazine in Norway and sees clients through Zoom or in her office in Bergen, Norway. Additionally, she has a SoulFlow degree, a transpersonal approach to therapy, and is a certified Mindfulness teacher. 10:30 - 10:35 Opening and introduction by Peter & Dick
10:35 - 13:00 Mercury, Venus and Mars retrogrades. These fundamental retrograde phases have a tendency to turn life up-side down and inspire us to go inwards to look at what is going on in our subconscious world.
13:00 - 14:00 Lunch break
14:00 - 16:00 Workshop: Jupiter, Saturn and the outer planets and how they rock our world. Retrogrades by progression and transit.
